Climatic events are delicate moments, they put customers in a state of worry and heightened stress. An insurance company must provide quick access and respond to the needs of this customers.
This user research are made by our designers of services and help to understand custummers needs.

Goals of this project are to provide access for customer needs. When a climatic event happenned, a block is activated on the maif.fr home page and in the "Assistance and claims declaration" button in the mobile version. They had only access to claim declaration customers needs more personalise entries.
